what is your return policy? + -

We do hope you are delighted with your recent Coal & Ice purchase or gift. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can receive a refund within 30 days of receiving your order (or 14 days for sale items). Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment. Its must be returned to us unused and in a saleable condition. More details can be found here.

do you ship internationally? + -

We do ship internationally. Please get in touch at hello@coal-and-ice.com to get a quote for international shipping.

Will it fit my device? + -

The case has been specially designed to cater to a wide array of test devices, including items from Freestyle, Contour, GlucoRX, OneTouch, Glucomen, Accu-Chek and more. If you want to enquire about a specific device then get in touch.

How long is delivery? + -

Your item will be with you within 2-3 working days. On occasion there can be additional wait times, but we will inform you of this when you place your order. If you need the item for a specific date then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you.
